Wheat

A weissbier at bock strength, pale or dark. The yeast character intensifies into plum, raisin and bubblegum, and the malt turns into bread and dark fruit behind it.

What goes wrong
Pitching too little for the gravity. An under-pitched weizenbock throws fusel alcohol on top of already-high esters and becomes undrinkable.
