The Polish oak-smoked wheat beer: very pale, very low in alcohol, highly carbonated and unmistakably smoky. Extinct from 1993 until Polish brewers revived it.

What goes wrong

Using beechwood smoked malt. The character is specifically oak smoke over wheat, and beech gives you a thin rauchbier instead.
